Starting in the children’s chorus in Covent Garden Opera House LA BOHEME, lately playing on American television in MODERN FAMILY,
CASTLE, BONES and battling Betty White on HOT IN CLEVELAND for the
affection of Carl Reiner. Millicent has also played HRH Queen Elizabeth several times; once for Disney with The JONAS BROTHERS and walking her dog in front of Buckingham Palace (on green screen) for a PURINA commercial.
Millie feels blessed to have worked with so many fine actors & directors
going into the chorus of SOUTH PACIFIC with Sean Connery &
Larry Hagman (understudying Mary Martin) Then as a Perfect Young Lady
Millie came to Broadway in 1955 with Julie Andrews in THE BOY FRIEND.
They became roommates and discovered American Chinese take-out.
One day she was cast in David Lee’s production of LIGHT UP THE SKY
which led to her being offered the plum role of Daphne’s dreadful mother
Gertrude Moon in the classic series FRASIER.
